Music Evening on Kalfjäll in Tänndalen is a recurring summer event where live music meets the mountain setting almost 1,000 m above sea level — a concert experience out of the ordinary, high on the fell in Härjedalen. The 2026 programme on Kalfjäll was:

• 11 July – The Tallest Man on Earth
  Swedish singer-songwriter Kristian Matsson, better known as The Tallest Man on Earth.
• 17 July – Tommy Körberg with Sextet
  One of Sweden's best-known voices, in a more intimate format together with Sextet.
• 25 July – Markus Krunegård
  A musician and songwriter often described as energetic and personal on stage.

About the event

Music Evening on Kalfjäll is arranged in partnership with Jubel and Tänndalen, and has grown quickly into one of the most talked-about mountain events of the Swedish summer. You reach the concert site either by chairlift or on a short walk, and the audience sits on the mountainside looking out over peaks and lakes.

The event combines acoustic music, live performance and the outdoors in a setting where the mountain itself becomes both stage and auditorium.
